Onli1 Boutique is bringing Dallas indie designers an outlet that is needed. Located in the burgeoning Bishop Arts District, they provide a space where local indie designers can sell their designs in a brick and mortar shop on a consignment basis.

Audie Mills, the proprietor and a designer, wanted to open a retail space where indie designers can have an outlet where they can expose their brand and grow their businesses. Audrie, herself a designer that primariliy designs custom apparel for private clients, cites her own frustrations as a designer when she was establishing her design business. Not many boutiques want to take on that designer that makes apparel in their living rooms.

But now, if you are a local indie designer, you have one more option, contact Audrie Mills. The boutique presents showcases and intimate fashion shows for local indie designers as well.

Oh, and come to their Halloween "Through the Decades" Costume Party, October 31, 10pm until!

Located at: 408 North Bishop Avenue, Dallas, 214-943-1352 or onli@onli1.com, Onli1

The most gawked, admired, intriguing, and in my opinion, most talented to date, Project Runway winner, Christian Siriano, is coming to Dallas! He will be strolling through this week to showcase his Spring 2010 collection at the Two By Two for Aids and Art event benefiting, AMFAR, this Thursday, October, 22! In addition, he will be causing I am sure, a raucous stir among the heel clad set, myself included, at Forty Five Ten where he be present for a trunk show of his Spring 2010 collection, this Friday and Saturday, October 23 and October 24, from 12p to 4p. Sweeeeet!
